Sarah Mason

Sarah is an Associate in the Family Law Team.

She specialises in all areas of family law and has extensive experience in the following:

• Post-separation disputes about property, including formalising an agreement reached between you and your estranged partner/spouse, negotiating property matters on your behalf, and preparing for and attending Court (if required).
  Binding financial agreements before or during a relationship or marriage (“prenups”).
• Binding financial agreements after the end of a relationship or marriage.
• Formalising an agreement reached between you and the other parenting about parenting arrangements after separation.
  Consent Orders.
• Parenting disputes (including but not limited to, living and time arrangements, overseas travel, schooling, relocation).
• Family violence matters.
• Divorce.

Sarah understands that separations can be overwhelming, and her focus is on achieving practical solutions for clients and ensuring matters are resolved quickly and pragmatically in the most cost-effective manner available. However, she also recognises that some matters require Court litigation, which she appears in regularly.
