OMB Solicitors is committed to culture and employee experience, and we've adopted a really stringent set of values and cultural items which the firm has developed to live by on a daily basis.

Our four key values are one, we own it, we fix it, which means that if there's a problem or a difficult file, we just deal with it. Trust, trust is an important item when dealing with lawyers, but it goes further than that to the relationship between staff members and their clients.

Third, we care. At OMB, we're striving to be a law firm that people love, and we care about our customers and we care about each other. It's an important part of turning up every day.

Finally, seriously fun. We all know that law is a serious business, but we can have fun as well. At OMB, solicitors, we work hard, but we also like to have a good time.
