Simon Bennett

Partner

Simon was admitted as a solicitor in 1993 after obtaining an Honours Degree in Law from Bond University. Simon joined OMB Solicitors in 1996 as an Associate and then became a Partner of the firm in 1999.

Richard Dawson

Partner

Richard was admitted as a Solicitor in 2001 after completing a Law Degree with Honours at Bond University. Richard joined OMB Solicitors in 2001 after serving 14 years with the Queensland Police Service, 9 years as a Detective.

Juliette Nairn

Partner

Juliette was admitted as a Solicitor in 1993 after obtaining an Honours Degree in Law from Bond University. Since 1997, Juliette has worked almost exclusively for bodies corporate in a range of transactional and litigation matters.

Cameron Marshall

Partner

Cameron commenced legal practice in 1997 as an article clerk. He completed articles and graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Laws in 1999. He was admitted as a Solicitor in Queensland in April 2000, and to the High Court of Australia in 2004.

Jennie-Rae Goff

Partner

Jennie was admitted as a Solicitor in NSW in 1998 after obtaining an Honours Degree in Law from the University of Wollongong. Since moving to Queensland in 2006, Jennie has worked almost exclusively for clients in insurance disputes - primarily personal injury.

Georgia studied at the Australian National University in Canberra, being awarded a Bachelor of Laws with first-class honours, as well as a Bachelor of Arts with majors in French and International Relations.

Harley Wilkinson

Senior Associate

Harley joined OMB Solicitors in June of 2021 and has since worked predominantly in the areas of Estate Planning and Estate Administration.

Alexander Wood

Alexander was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2023 after graduating with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tasmania in 2022.

Mathew Parker

Erlinda Nunn

Associate

Erlinda Nunn is a dedicated solicitor with a strong background in property and commercial law. She holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from James Cook University in Townsville, graduating in 2017.

Zoe Humphrey

Associate

Zoe began her legal career at OMB in 2022 as a law clerk. She has a particular interest in building and construction disputes, as well as planning and environment matters, with experience spanning various civil and commercial litigation cases.
