Harley Wilkinson – Associate

Biography

Harley was admitted to the legal profession in October of 2018 after obtaining a Bachelor of Laws degree from Griffith University in 2016. He joined the OMB Solicitors team in June of 2021 and has since worked predominantly in the areas of Estate Planning and Estate Administration. From young mums and dads with simple estates to high nett wealth individuals with intricate company, trust, and superannuation structures, Harley has advised a broad range of clients in Estate Planning matters.

Originally from Durban, South Africa, Harley lived in Hong Kong with his family for four years before emigrating to Australia and settling down on the Gold Coast. Throughout his years as a student, and for some time afterwards, Harley worked as an academic tutor and mentor with both high school and university students. His experiences with teaching and learning enable him to take a facilitative and supportive approach to his practice. He strives to offer a service that empowers clients with the knowledge and understanding they need to make informed decisions about their affairs, and provide practical, solutions-based legal advice aimed at achieving client’s best outcomes.
