Erlinda Nunn is a dedicated solicitor with a strong background in property and commercial law. She holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from James Cook University in Townsville, graduating in 2017. The following year, she obtained her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2019.

Erlinda began her legal career as a trainee solicitor at a well-established law firm in Townsville, where she gained valuable experience across multiple practice areas, including personal injuries, wills and estates, and property law. Over two years, she developed a comprehensive understanding of legal procedures and client advocacy, laying a strong foundation for her legal career.

Her interest in property and commercial law led her to work on several Coolangatta-based developments, which ultimately inspired her relocation to the Gold Coast in September 2023. Since then, she has focused predominantly on property transactions, acting for buyers, sellers, and developers across a wide variety of matters, including residential, rural, commercial, and business conveyancing. Erlinda also has extensive experience handling off-the-plan sales, assisting both developers and buyers in navigating complex legal frameworks.

Beyond her legal work, Erlinda is an active community member. She holds a Bronze Medallion and is a dedicated patrolling member at Nobby’s Beach, demonstrating her commitment to both her profession and community service.

Erlinda is a member of the Queensland Law Society and continues to expand her expertise in conveyancing, leasing, and property law agreements. She is passionate about providing practical, client-focused solutions and ensuring seamless property transactions for individuals and businesses alike.
