Having joined OMB Solicitors in 2025, Tatyana has experience assisting clients with a broad range of body corporate and property-related disputes, including residential building defect claims, by-law enforcement, statutory advisory matters, and caretaking and management rights disputes. With a strong understanding of both the legal and commercial aspects of property, Tatyana is committed to delivering clear, strategic advice that helps clients resolve disputes efficiently and achieve practical outcomes.
Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Tatyana relocated to the Gold Coast in 2018 and completed a Master of Valuation and Property Development, a Juris Doctor, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Bond University. This unique combination of legal and property qualifications provides valuable insight into the complexities of property and body corporate matters.
Fluent in both English and Russian, Tatyana is dedicated about helping clients navigate complex legal issues with confidence. By taking a solutions-focused approach, Tatyana works closely with clients to identify practical strategies, clearly explain their options, and ensure they are well equipped to make informed decisions, even in the most challenging circumstances.
Outside the office, Tatyana is a committed Boston Celtics fan (NBA) and a passionate animal lover and advocate who strongly believes in the “adopt, don’t shop” philosophy and is a proud mum to her rescue dog (Sydney) and a cat (Snickerdoodle).
